right so ive been surviving on a screw driver in the ignition switch for a good month now, but its now broke the starter motor.
so i baught a push button switch and another heavy duty on/off switch, my question is how do i transfer the wires from the ignition switch to the new switches? i know what 5 of the 7 wires do, i know what the live is, the starter motor, and the ancilaries (wipers/heater/lights) but theres 2 black wires which im guessing is the coil/ignition. obviously i need another on off switch for the ignition.
i could of just got a new ignition switch and barrel and all that but i dont have £50 to spend, so this is the only way.
