G60 & 16v Mk3 brakes

Quick question. (i hope)

Are the mk3 golf 2ltr 16v (abf) front brake set up the same as the g60 front brake set up ?

Only asking couse i have two set up from a mk3 16v and all i ever read is people fitting the g60 and thinking about fitting
up them up to the roccos.

I know the ibiza Gti ABFs have 280's so would have thought the Golf would have. fingers crossed

Early mk3s have 280mm brakes (you need the carriers as well as the calipers) later mk3s have 288mm, you DON'T want the 288mm ones as they won't fit.

I think it's the pre 95 ones you need.
