Post by tobyio »

Has anyone ever bought the full kit from http://www.vintagerubber.com/sciroccokit.aspx for the mk1 scirocco?

Can you tell me if its any good, its a lot of money so would be good to know first if anyone has bought it on here and what they thought.

If i buy it im set on the cal style with no groove for silver trim

Cheers

Hi,

Don't know if you saw my post a couple of weeks ago but i was looking for some good second hand rubbers for my rear side windows as the ones i got from vintage rubber were poor quality ie they never fitted flush with the glass nor did they fit well with the rear pillar.

Don't know if mine was a one off but for the price i was really disappointed.

Good luck....
Mal
