Well DARE has been neglected for the last few months, despite being used everyday. So today i decided to give it a long overdue service and check over. I knew the front pads were getting low, so first job was new discs and pads fitted. While the o/s front wheel was off and the car jacked up, i fitted a new cambelt and tensioner and also fitted a new clutch cable, as the pedal was getting stiff.
New plugs, fuel filter, air filter and a couple of fuel hoses were done too. The inside of the car was pretty filthy, so a good clean out was on the cards, but before that, i replaced the crappy, thin indie and wiper stalks with the far better Mk2 Golf ones.

Just waiting for some good weather so the outside can have a damn good clean !!
