Electrics are not my strong point. Anybody got an idiots guide how to wire these up. I have dials and an oil pressure sender.
The senders are not an issue nor connecting each VDO gauge together, to make a loop.
Which coloured wires do the lights circuit go to, that links them to the light switch, so they get swithed on when the lights are on and which wires do the plus and minus of the VDOs go to, to power them when the ignition is on or is it necessary to link directly to the fuse box.
Any help, photos would be a Brucey bonus.

More gauges, more better!

When I was a teenager, I harvested 52mm gauges from the scrappy every time I went. Was planning to fill the centre console on my beetle with them

You can’t have too many gauges can you 😂, water temp,clock, oil temp & pressure plus volts
