Had a bit of free time today, so decided to tackle the swimming pool in the boot. Everything out, dried and cleaned up inside and some silicone sealant on the light units. I noticed the rubber around the lock has persished so I wonder if that's been letting water in too.
Also got the new alternator fitted and changed offside passenger wheel bearing earlier in the week. MOT end of this month so I'm trying to fix all the little niggles.

One of the most notorious places for letting water in. When you replace the seal, take a note of which way round the hook on the back of the lock goes!

Will do cheers.
Changed the oil and filter today, I've found the bolts holding the filter housing and fuel pump keep listening themselves off and seeping oil. Do they need to be torqued up or is there a seal inside that needs replacing? Couldn't find anything on the usual sites for this.

The oil filter housing is mounted with a gasket

and I think the fuel pump mounts on flange with an o-ring either side of the flange.

Needed new shocks for the MOT, now running a set of cheap and cheerful vmaxx coilovers.
Fronts need adjustment.
Driveshaft popped out just outside work

It's still around. New wheels, 20mm spacers and longer bolts, new driveshaft since last update. Fresh MOST last month.
