Front wheel bearing

Had a bit of drone since put alloys back on, seemed to be from RHS. The alloys were the original scalas off the car, I put my own rear tyres back on and two new goodyears on the front

I did the LHS rear bearing a few years back so assumed RHS would need changing, it did sound a bit rumbly when wheel spun, changed it but drone still there, so possibly a front bearing. I bought a front one a few years back and it turned out to be rear so still had it but have a couple of questions...........

1) are the bearings sided? This was bought for RHS, will it do LHS is that's away?

2)there are 2 circlips in with bearing, i gave one to a mate who was stuck a while back, are these both essential? If so are they both the same size?
