I am interested but it is not a priority with my car right now as mine is cracked but repaired from underneath so wouldn't be looking for one in the short term. I have a massive list of jobs to get through before I would consider purchasing one.

I suspect that there are many of us who are in a similar situation where we would buy one at some point. I suspect having a stock of them they would sell over months rather than immediate orders being made :dunno: Appreciate the effort you have made to get an obsolete part available :good:

At the moment I am planning to have an amount of raintrays made, but as I am having to put up the money private I would like to now how many want them.

To be a bit on the safe side I am asking people to order them and pay up part of the money up front.

I am planning to have more made than ordered but I do not know how fast they will go once I have them.

At the moment I have 2 British, 10 Dutch and 13 German paid preorders, so I am halfway the safeside.

So if you want to order please do so or wait and try them when I have them finished.

At the moment the template for the raintray is being tested an I hope to have the raintrays this week or the next.

As soon as I do have them I will let those who ordered one know and sort out a means of shipping to the UK.

Please have a little more patience if possible.

Went to the company this morning and brought one back for fitting.

Tried it on 2 different cars and they are OK.

The window has still to be glued in and the edges trimmed a bit.

Production is getting on the way so it will not be long now.

Went to the firm yesterday and production has started.

Will take about another week to get them finished.

When I have them at home will let you know.

Thanks again you all for your patience, but a little waiting keeps the price low.

Coming week the rest will be made.

The first one has been packaged so I can weigh it and find out what P+P tu the UK will be.
As soon I know I will mail the buyers.

Been to the post office and found out the next:

Without Track & Trace P+P will be €.9,00 to the UK

With Track & Trace P+P will be €.13,00. to the UK.

Without Track & Trace P+P will be €.10,60 to Ireland.

With Track & Trace P+P will be €.18,50. to Ireland.

Price are up to 4 raintrays in one parcel sent at once, so maybe you can join up and save on P+P.

As soon as they are ready and in my posesion I will inform the buyers.

This is what the parcel will look like.
