throttle linkage sorted

Post by YEAH »

a quick bit of aluminium fabrication on sunday afternoon and i knocked up this to sort out my twin cable situation.
i had been given with the carbs a customized accelerator pedal that would hold the twin cables but i could'nt be bothered to go through the hassle of putting them both through the bulkhead and making a plate to house them. this was the simplest route for me.

i installed the pedal that i broght of "markh" and cut down the original throttle cable to fit. i then made up a small rectangle out of ali with three holes in it to pass the cables through, they were then held in place by grub-screw nipple things and hey-presto. she works lovley. no snagging or loss of cable travel.

:chill:

slightly untidy but in all honesty, i dont care
