can you remove front off mk1 clock to clean??

For all electrical questions; Alternators including fitment; Light connections/wiring; Instruments; Gauges; MFA; Heater blower (not coolant related) issues etc etc.

Hi, putting my mk1 scirocco back together but the clock is full of dust from prep work etc, can you remove the face to clean the inside????

Don't know if there is an easy way of doing it, this lists 3 ways of doing it:

thanks for that, yeah looks like there's no magic quick fix with these, just patience and elbow grease by the sounds of it.

think i'll opt for small screw driver option.
