Going to the scrapyard tomorrow so I'll see if there is still one on the car.
If you get another offer and are happy just take it in case it's gone.
If it is there it will do as a spare.

Any know or have the plastic plungers that fit on the cable to pull back the bonnet hinges mines snapped and that's why I can't open the bloody bonnet

Hi Leep,
I managed to find a cable but the clamp screw broke when I tried to free it off.
There is one plastic plunger on the cable that I can see.
It's like a golf tee with a hole drilled all the way through it.
I'll add a pic later to check this the part.

Hi Lee, This was what happened when I tried to release the lock nut that holds the cable in place. :ire: :ire:
I assume from your last post that it is the plastic "golf tee" part that has gone ???????
