Damn Washer Bottle

Post by jbo »

Hi All,

I completely reloomed my car and it seems that im missing the washer bottle plug. Can someone with an injection car have a look and see where it traces too? Is it part of the whole loom or does it plug into a connector somewhere.

No spare connectors im afriad.

Does anyone have an injection rocco they could tracce the wires back to? A picture of the connector would also help along with wire colours.

It's a two-pin plug - female spade terminals perpendicular to each other. Wire colors are green/red and brown.

Unfortunately, I've just chucked my mk2 harness but from what I remember I'm sure the wires run along the front of the car with headlamp/indicators and come out in the left corner.

Thanks for looking!

Hmm that's a bugger. Annoyingly I left the front loom in the car (gt2) and installed the engine loom from the 16v into it. As the gt2 runs the washer on the opposite side the wires aren't there. At least if i know the wire colours I can make up a loom form the fuse box maybe.

Unless anyone knows if the front loom plugs into a connector into the engine loom? I couldnt find any spares though!
