mk2 headlamp adjusters. Where can i get them?

For all electrical questions; Alternators including fitment; Light connections/wiring; Instruments; Gauges; MFA; Heater blower (not coolant related) issues etc etc.

mk2 headlamp adjusters. Where can i get them?

Im refurbing my light frames and whilst taking them apart the headlamp adjusters felt like disintergrating. Where can i get new ones?
