Did 745 miles in my 'rocco (exmouth-darlington and return)
at the weekend, didn't see a single mk1 or 2, it was raining a little bit tho' :hugegrin:
Car didn't miss a beat - apart from blowing a rear wheel bearing that is!

yesterday 8th June, Arctic Blue (?) GT with black kit on a C plate going past the Hospital on Hucknall Road in Nottingham. Driver had the fixed "i'm driving a Scirocco" grin :hugegrin:

Spotted a grey GT2 in Julian Road, Bath again... Seen this a few times now always flash and grin and get the same back..Assume whoever it is isnt on here? If i see parked up will leave forum details, looks as though it has had some work done on it

Mk2 paprika red, A611 heading towards the M1 Motorway at about 15.15. Think it was Andy Cranwell Poacher :?:

I was travelling in the opposite direction in a white GT2

saw two, a silver Mk2 on monday eve in Maccelfield and a green Mk2 ...think it was in macc again! on tueday.

Not one, not two, but three new sciroccos, each of them black, near junction five of the m5 (droitwich) at around 1pm. Not sure that any of them appreciated the gt though.

Most new "scirocco" owners wouldn't know a real Scirocco if they were face to face with one!

Not including the ones on here of course :hugegrin:

Blue mk3 on the m11 today around 12.20 ish,going past the a428 exit,typically i was in my van as i got in the roc this morn to find the battery dead,after not using it since Sun :blush:

Looked immaculate, I was the guy in the MK1 golf cabby that half waved at you and then remembered I wasn't in my Scirocco!

Not quite the same thing, but I was waved at vigorously by 3 guys in a Land Rover as I was approaching the Severn Bridge into Wales on Friday at about 3pm. I was in a red GT2. They had a friendly 'knowing look' - but I guess could have just been laughing at me! :blush:
