Syphoning Petrol

Post by daffy.dub »

Hi all, I'm about to syphon off my petrol tank, where do I dump the old fuel (about half a tank full)?
I'm hoping this will be my non-starting problem. :focus:

I normally stick it in the van a few gallons at a time. :vcool:

Apart from last time I broke a car up at the workshop and I ran out of cans. I was everyone's favourite person that day cause I was running round giving petrol away

If it's crap petrol and can't be used, it'll need to be disposed of via the local authority I think. Contact your local tip / recycling centre to see what they suggest.

Alternatively put it in a metal dustbin and set it on fire*.
