She looks stunning :shocking: ... a bit of competition for Ian there me thinks (not that he bothers with that sort of thing).

Keep her safe over the winter and let's see her at some shows next year!

:beers:

Finally managed to get my registration activated - thanks to the boffins behind the scenes for that!

Recently bought a G reg Scala from a chap in Dudley. Although the bonnet needed respraying the rest of the car and interior are in good nick. I'll post a couple of pics up soon as I'm hoping someone will recognise it since it has a 'Scirocco Club' sticker and plastic document folder. Looking at the logo I presume that this was the previous incarnation of the Register.

Cheers

Michael

I've just posted pics on the Mark 2 Scirocco> Show us your Mk2 - picture thread. I'm hoping someone will recognise her.

Hi new to the site and fairly new to Scirocco ownership, I have recently become the owner of a 1986 GT 1.6. After finaly moving on from my 1974 1303s beetle. I decided with pregnant wife a more modern and reliable car was called for. and when a friend mentioned their brother was selling their scirocco i couldnt resist.
It was brought to be a daily drive/ rolling resto, but is currently up on axle stands while i replace the brakes and shocks all round and endevor to find what else it'll need for its mot. Am hoping that by mid nov i'll have her on the road and mot'd. pictures to come.
