Have been trying (without much luck) to remove the front spoiler on my Scala so I can treat some suface rust on panel behind.
All screws have been removed although the upper part seems to be stuck on tight and won't come off. Is it glued on - if so, any tips on removal?
thanks

Re: How do I remove front spoiler?
OK, you removed the screws under the lip of the bumper and under the front as well as the two behind the number plate and the two behind the plugs on the front?

Re: How do I remove front spoiler?
from memory, some screws are shared between the front panel and the front of the wheel arch bits - have you got them out?
could be that it has been glued on with some black snot at some point, same as the side sections are. if so, try either using a cheese wire to carefully saw it out, or use a scraper to gently prise it off

Re: How do I remove front spoiler?
All screws are out and the bottom half (inc. reg plate section and wheel arch) although seemingly glued in area surrounding top left and right hand corners where the screws are (the ones behind the covers). Haynes not giving any clues.
Going to try and prise it off without breaking it (fingers crossed!)

Sorted. Was just a bit of heavy duty adhesive in top corners which came free with a sharp knife.
Thanks for your help guys!
