Can anyone help. how can I fit this?

This is an aerial that I've had for years. I believe it is from an old skool bug. I'd like to fit it to the rocco, but obviously it'snot a plug 'n' play job. Can anyone help me please? Any links to th bits n pieces I need would be massively helpful.

Looks like a screw in job, which will be a nightmare unless you have a beesting already.
MattGT11 has some for sale, a lot less hassle.

Yeah, I've seen Matts. It looks like that might be my best option. Shame though, I really like this and think it would look awesome. I don't use the radio, and the original aerial has broken (still picks up though).

find out what thread is on the end of it - it's probably just a 'normal' M5 thread.

go round your local scrappy and rob a base out of something with the correct thread. look to pug/citroen or fiat and i think you'll find what you need. don't forget to take the cable too!

My Scala had this type, wing mounted. Some friendly type snapped it off when I was in the Isle of Man. My local motor factor found me a replacement, with the wing mounting and cable, etc. Being lazy (and knowing what a pain it can be removing the old wing mount!), I removed the screw in part from the old aerial, which was quite large (12mm or so). Idrilled and tapped it to take the new part (M6). Job done!
