Mk2 Storm. Spark PLugs

Post by DJPremier »

Hi all..

My Mk2 Storm has the spark plug type with the slim 'threaded' post/pin type connection on top. I'm about to change the plugs and HT leads (with Bosch / Beru).
Before I buy, is this type of plug specific / required on the Storm's engine (1.8 DX Injection) or am I ok to swap to the type of plug + leads that has the more common 'stub' type of connection. Hope the description makes sense.

All advice appreciated. Cheers :good:

No, the "stub" connectors will unscrew off spark plugs fitted with those if necessary to fit leads requiring that connection, so just use which ever connection is appropriate for your leads.
