MK1 VR6 plumbing to the heater.

Post by Mike the Founder »

Hi all.
gonna try and suss this out properly as it never has been.
My limited knowledge of how the VR sits in the original cars is the problem.
I have been led to believe that in these cars that changing the heater control in the dash alters the flow of air thru the matrix rather than the flow of water as in the rocco.
IF this is the case this leads to me to the problem of how I plumb that bit in, as I would hate to upset the engine by restricting water flow round that circuit with th usual rocco valve.
anyone know for def?
ta.
