engine block question
can anyone tell me if the dx block 1800 fi and the ex block 1800 carb block are the same,the reason i am asking this is my 84 storm has engine probs and i have a good ex engine ,i am hoping to change the head onto the ex block with all the auxillarys,will this work,any advice will be appreciated. ps. can anyone give me the vag part number for the oil pump in the dx and where is the best place to buy one.
