brake lines

im renewing all my brake system and looking to replace majority of the brake lines, but just wondering if anyone could tell me what thickness brake lines i need to but as dont want to look a fool when go into local autofactors :blush: :blush: :blush:

also am i right in thinking that the fittings are m10 x 1??????? or am i way out?

wasn't aware of there being more than 1 size of brake pipe. you can get different metals though - copper of kunifer (copper nickel mix) and opinion is divided which is best.

iirc these are the nuts you want

:good: But you need more than 10 nuts if you are replacing all of them - I think you need 12 all in if you are retaining the factory pipe set up.

And the brake pipe is 3/16th as referred to in the above link.
