Have you checked your injectors for leaking?
I have known them to cause difficult hot starting.

No prob.
Was a few years ago I did it, but was identical problem having checked the normal stuff,
we pulled the injectors out and found just a slight weeping from each one,
which I think causes the cylinders to be overfueled.

A richer mixture for a cold start is good but when then engine is hot/warm its not so happy!

In this case we changed the injectors and it was perfect afterwards.

If the injectors are ok then there might be a fuel leak elsewhere.

good luck
