Heater Valve

Post by Risocco »

Hey guys, my valve inside the engine bay won't move fully up to the hottest position. Is there a little trick to try or time to change the unit?

Cheers guys

if it's sticking, the lever won't move all the way. Assuming lever and cable are ok, sounds like new valve time... available from the dealers (checked a few months ago when mine wouldn't turn off!)

you could just pop a clamp on the pipe each side the valve to save draining down... doesn't tend to work perfectly, but if you can wangle a bowl or something underneath too you'll be fine!
