I have a problem that the gauge in the car is always showing cold when connected to the sensor, when I short out the connector for the coolant sensor the gauge in the car goes round to very hot with the light flashing so I am confident in the wiring in the car and the gauge.
I was wondering had the range of resistance values for the coolant sensor so I could see if it is the problem.
