More 16v Conversion Questions

Post by Chris »

Ok I'm using a KR from a Mk2 Golf. I have used the 16v pulleys for the crank and water pump is this the normal thing?

Also what do people do with the airbox as the 16v one is massive and won't fit, looks to me as if a Mk2 GTI 8v one would do the trick?

yeah the 16v pulleys will be fine. I have got a pipercross foam filter that replaces the whole airbox lower housing. it should fit nice n snug into the chassis rail, either that or you can butcher the standard 1 to fit.
