Difficulties fitting rear Springs?

Post by MJK 24 »

Has anyone come across any uncompatibility issues with Scirocco rear Springs?

I just bought a lowering kit from GSF and the rear springs wouldn't seat in the rear shock base spring pan. The tops were fine.

I had this exact same issue many years ago.

My dampers are Boge Turbogas by the way.

Diameter too small.

I've had this problem about ten years back with Scirocco rear springs. I have returned them for a refund and will try another brand and report back.
