I bought new bolts from the dealer, and the rubber/plastic sleeves that go round the bolt.

The easy way to then get the old bolt out, is to cut round the rubber/plastic sleeves with a Stanley knife. This exposes the end of the bolt and a tight grip with some mole-grips will have it out. Getting the new sleeves into the caliper was a bit of a sod, but I managed it in the end. Then plenty of copper grease on the new bolt to stop it corroding.

The one that hols the caliper to the carrier?

I've has success by cutting the rubber thing off and grabbing the bolt head with mole grips. Penetrating fluid will help too mate :vcool:

bit late this time, but for future reference: the main reason these bolts round off is that the head is stuffed up with dirt. scrape them out clean and tap the allen bit in with a hammer before trying to undo them. i've always managed to get them out if they've been rounded by hammering in a spline or torx bit that is slightly too large.
