Electrics done, had to make new brackets to mount the bigger fusebox
Holes of the old window winders plugged using parts of an old radio
And out for the first time (heavy dust covered)

Car documents had to be changed because another engine was fitted,
so the scirocco need some approvement tests. Loaded and ready for
the tests
It passed the tests without any problems.
The scirocco was weighted, the scale pointed 940kg

I lowered the rear axle a bit more, and made a red shelf.
I'm planning to put some decent wheels on it, engine will be modified a bit (fit an
intercooler, and a bit more boost pressure).
Paintwork is somewhat damaged, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with that,
since it's ment to be a daily driver.

In the past months the Turbo diesel ate itself. Burning 1,5 liter oil every 100 miles, so the engine
needed to be changed. Luckely I had another engine lying around.
With this result:
A few loose ends to fix, I'm hoping to start is within 2 weeks

I see you have painted the engine bay red:for reasons of future exterior colouring perhaps?
