Interior Clocks in scirocco's, are they the same as MK1 golfs or Mk2? or completely different? In other words what clocks can i buy other than scirocco ones that fit or scirocco clocks fit in what other car?
Rich.

Some of the Mk2 Golf's are yes.
However you need to check how many pins you have on your clocks, if you have an MFA or not and also what speed they go upto.
Eg
My 16v conversion has:
2 Pin 160 MPH MFA clocks. Ive swapped these for ones the same but a different brand (Motometer over VDO just to test the speed sensor) and also for 120 MPH 8v clocks.
I've heard the 140mph clocks are incompatible with my car due to the needle on the end of the speedo cable being different?
Carbs should be straight forward..
Mk1 Golf may or may not fit - cant be sure. Rado ones do not. Digifiz if you can wire it up. Unsure about Polo's im sure some will be similar. Jetta ones may I know the 16v ones are the same as mine.
Hope this helps :)

well i have had clock faileur this week on my mk2 gt1.8 8v carb model without the mfa thing , thought that the ones from a mk1 golf would work but computer said no, the back had one plug on the left which mine does but it didnt have one on the right so i was buggerd and there was a little one in the middle which i dont have, im still trying to figure out what fits as i need one asap and cant even fine a rocco one and as i have no dash clock i have no battery light which equals no charge fromc altinator so i cant go anywhere lol

1990 rocco 1.8 8v gt2 - about as much use as a chocolate fire surround! . (currently breaking for spares )

it's my old scala. clocks are from a passat, but are the same as corrado. they worked fine, as i dd a complete wiring loom transplant
speedo is electronic not cable drive, so you'd have problems putting it in a "normal" rocco

Re: Interior clocks.. Same as..?
it's all electronic, so you need the speed sensor for the gearbox, and to make things easy you want a 2 litre engine running digipants engine management and swap the entire wiring loom over
