Popped a core plug I think - how easy is it to change?

What the title says - are they easy to get to?

Can I just jack the car up and hammer it in place?

How much are they?

Got a GSF/VW part number handy?

Any other info I should know?

this happened on my mates G60 once when it had been left for ages over winter. we just jacked it up found the old core plug under, gave it a clean and tapped it back in with a hammer and socket, worked a treat.
