I've got Powerflex.
They're very good.
Have a look on the C&R website - and get the members discount when ordering ;)

I rate Powerflex - the purple ones. have them on the 16v and the BRM and on the front of the Scala. Not as harsh as the red ones (name escapes me). see Ants project thread re 81 Storm too for info..
C and R Enterpises - see discounts page on main website - stock them, all as per mk1 golf re wishbones/rear axle/rear shock mounts. :ok:

My dad buys the original Polybushes direct from the supplier for his buses in South Wales, apparantly theyr based in Wales too. Hes supposed to be getting me a catalogue at some point as i want to redo most of mine.
Apparantly if you use the hardest ones they can actually wear away the metal around them. But theyl give you the stiffest ride

Just checked the official polybush site and they have pretty much every car make but VW. How rubbish is that.

powerflex FTW! I have them on my rear beam.
Front bushes are all standard stuff as I did not want the harshness

Same as Golf mk1 remember :D

I have proflex (I think that's who make them) from GSF. Got a complete kit eg engine mounts, steering rack ect except roll bar mounts for 60 odd quid. Not finished fitting them all yet but has tightened everything right up.

It was meant to be a cheep run around till I finished the Type 1, Now I have 2 projects and an obsession

61 Type 1 Gasser project
88 Scirocco GTX rolling project

Very! What rear roll bar bushes do you need though? Measured mine at 20.9mm so im assuming 20mm + dirt and rust
