Three pin Plug

Post by Mr Funk »

I've been putting evetything back together and it's all lovely.

But....

There's a three pin plug that just sitting there and I've got no idea what it's for.

It's got a Red, Blue/Grey and Red/Green feed.

If anyone can help I'd be most happy.

Where exactly is the plug? Engine bay, under dash - which side?

Well it's all rather vague as it's rewired but it's under the dash and mostly in the middle. Will get pics

Sounds like the cigarette lighter plug, thats the only thing i can think of in that area with 3 pins and wires and I usually forget to plug it back in. Just had my dash out today trying to find and stop water leaks from the windscreen. :ire:

I was "playing" with my fag lighter yesterday, it is 3 pin. Mine has a brown wire, blue/grey which is illumination and green/white.
