Ignition problem

Post by larky »

I had a problem with my Storm over the weekend (previous thread) and the RAC man said I needed a new ignition switch (old one burnt out) but I'm wondering if that will cure the problem, or should I think about what caused the problem in the first place.

Any help would be much appreciated

age? switches don't last for ever. ign switches also seem to die quicker of you've got a huge keyring (or a previous owner did) TBH if it was diagnosed by an RAC patrol, i'd probably believe hm
