difference in flexi hoses for rear drums/discs

Post by MrP »

I'm currently buying things for my rear disc conversion and looking into braided hoses.

For the drums its a 4-line kit and for the discs its a 6-line kit.

Does anyone know where these 2 extra lines go on the disc kit? I've looked on etka and can't find anything!

They go from the calliper to a 'hard' line unter the trailing arm :yup:

I bought the 6 piece kit and had to get the extra 2 made up a little bit longer to allow me to mount them in the axel itself. the only pic i have below shows where I mounted them but the calipers in the pic are mounted the wrong way around (they need to be the other way so as the 16v cables fit) and as you can see if the calipers are mounted correctly then there was no chance the hose would reach.
