I'm looking into doing the 16v rear disc conversion and have sourced a very cheap set of discs, stub axels etc. The only thing I need is the handbrake cables. I've heard GSF and VAG have sold out, where can I buy these from?
Also, do any other cables fit, like mk2 golf etc?
Thanks.

Re: 16v rear disc - handbrake cables
I am certain I read a good few years ago in one of the VW Audi magazines that a Cortina MK3 handbrake cables fit, I will keep looking in my vast collection of old mags but maybe someone else on here has heard that as well.

speak to C and R, they're in Nottingham - think they use Mk3 golf cables when doing this conversion now.
