Split the new blower on the bench, put the motor bit in first, then the cover and clip them together.

The wiper arm is also troublesome getting it back with the blower due to the position of the blower below the bodywork hole. Patience and some brute force is will find it's way in.

On a separate note, the plastic scuttle tray /cover is fragile. I have one of the pattern ones that were on sale here a few years ago but heat and weather has made it brittle. Looks like I will be needing a new one again ..... soon!
