Hello,
I recently took my Scirocco MKII ('92) to the garage, the mechanic commented on the stiffness of the clutch, but it has always been this way and the cable has been replaced and as far as I thought the whole system but he disagrees, can anyone recommend the best new clutch system to fit?
thank you

Re: New Clutch System
LUK or Sachs are the ones to go for.

Re: New Clutch System
My clutch has always been heavy, even after cable and clutch plate changes. I now have huge thigh muscles in my left leg.

Re: New Clutch System
I’ve seen a few fitted to Mk1 Golfs so it is possible.
