kr and abf

is it possible to fit a kr cylinder head and inlet manifold etc to an abf bottom end? if so what issues would need to be addressed?

Yup, they will go together!

I'm running that exact setup on mine, you'll need the ABF head gasket and cam belt but the KR tensioner and head bolts.

The only real issue is the hight of the complete engine causing exhaust issues - it will sit very close to the steering rack!

erm, not sure!

I gave the cylinder head a light port/polish as well as fit ABF cams but as for power i dont have a clue :dunno: Is bloody quick when it wants to be tho :hugegrin:

Will be finding out next month when Alex gets us booked in for a club rolling road day at Midland VW :vcool:
