Mk2 Scala throttle Body Upgrades

Post by whiteshark »

Was recently watching a Wheeler dealers. It was a MK 1 Golf in the States. Ant ground out / ported the exhaust inlet manifold and matched the manifold intake to a mk2 Golf throttle body manifold. A Mk 2 Golf 8v injection throttle body, was later added. Any one done anything similar. What the best throttle body to go for that fits to add a few BHP?

I had a weber single throttle body on my MK2 GTI, had the car rolling road tuned and the guy said the throttle body was making a lot of difference to the power output
