Picked up this brochure from Ebay.
Nothing exciting. Just a 1977 spec sheet. What they classed as standard equipment as a selling point seems weird in 2021.

Love looking at old brochures and the spec, the safety equipment makes me smile, anti dazzle mirror, padded sun visors and dash.
I always feel the Scirocco could have a better 0 to 60 time as you have to change into 3rd to get to 60 mph, in the specs it’s 7 seconds to 50 mph the another 4 seconds to get to 60 mph..
I know 11 seconds to 60 mph in a 1600 cc engine car back in 1977 was fast so as always, hats off to old school VWs
