replacing engine block core plugs (engine in situ)

Hi - so one of my plugs(offside) has sprung a hole any hints or tips how to replace including how to get the old one out and how much i need to disassemble to do a decent job. Im driving to croatia in the summer ands its going to be 40c plus so i need everything sorted.

Btw im in Bristol if anyone wants to give me a hand! *insert beer emoji*
