Difficult cold starting
My injection Scala chucked its timing belt off. As a result I had the head rebuilt. Now runs great but is very reluctant to start when cold, no problem when hot. 5th injector is working OK. Any ideas?

Does opening the throttle upon cranking help or is it the same?
