Photoshop wizard

Does anyone have a reasonably good knowledge of photoshop?

I’ve been looking at getting my wheels refurbed on the Rocco but it’s looking like silly money for what I’m after.

I’ve found similar wheels new but want to see them on the car before buying.
I’ve included the images below just in case any one fancies a challenge.

Alternatively, anyone who knows somewhere that will refurb the current ones for under £400. After painted/powered centres and polished lips.
