Automec Brake lines.

Post by jwdg298 »

Hi All, first time on the new forum, looks great though.

Sorry in advance as I know this was at least partially covered somewhere on the old forum.

I have recently done the rear disc and larger mc/servo upgrade so figured I may as well do the lot but didn't fancy making my own brake lines so I contacted Automec to ask how much for a ready made set of brake lines for a GT2 but I was told that they don't do them, although if I supplied all required lengths and union types they could make some up.

Basically my question is twofold:

A) Would a complete set of mk1 golf lines fit as I bet they know how to do those :)
B) Does anyone know the lengths and unions required from past experience?

Anyway, thanks in advance, I will get her back on the road one day. :diablo:
