The brass ones were specially made as a limited run. I can't remember who did it, but it wasn't a commercial venture.

They were done by someone in Germany or Holland. The person only did them as a limited production when he got enough orders. They are certainly not commonly avilable.
I think, but I'm not 100% sure, forum user name Tempest (Eric) had something to do with it as a go between

Yes, they were made by a German chap called Günther aka Günni, who only would produce as many as he had pre-orders. He hasn't offered to make another few for a very long time. As a matter of cat he rarely appears on the German forum any more.

Re parcel shelf clips. A good while ago there was someone on here who came up with a nifty solution to this. They weren't brass of course. Now if only I could remember what it was! It might have been using the clips you find on many cars that hold the bonnet stay in place (when the bonnet is shut). Just a thought.

You mean door mirrors? Sure, I got a replacement from ebay recently. It was very very slightly bigger than the original but works fine. About 8 quid.

As for the mirror Glass I found the best solution I could find was to get 2hd mirror units with good glass and swap the mirror Glass over as it had all the plastic mounting unit, personally not a big fan of the stick on replacement type that goes over the old glass.

I don't think it was that particular thread, but the ones linked to by James Butler (above) look good.
Also, if you just put "bonnet stay clip" into Ebay, plenty of likely ones come up, also, not sure what size these are = http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hyundai-Accen ... SwxcRW8sKv but maybe worth checking out.
