i must say big thx to the guys on the register
basically all the goodies gone , sent the cantilever brake bars over mostly for the golf club guys but half did not bother to get back to me , but you guys rock as many on this forum took them for your golfs
a big thx to mrfunk for showing the interest and doing a write up for us
i am more than happy to organise more goodies to send that side if the guys want ,
things i am looking at is the clutch kits / leather trim for the seats and maybe door panels at later stage when mine pitch up in south africa / aftermarket management ( spitronics.co.za ) mine works a treat on the 2l 8 valve apk motor ( even the standard throttle based idle control works )
anything else that the guys maybe looking for ( have checked a local company out that do a lot off auto rubber mouldings - proautorubber.co.za )
their stuff looks good and maybe with exchange rate it will be worth it.
as said big thx guys , the rocco registry stickers will be proudly displayed on my rocco

Re: sa style clutch kits
Thanks for your contributions to the club mark.
At the very least Without you I doubt if we would ever have heard about those clutch kits.
I also thinks it's great to hear all about people's passions for these cars all around the world especially a project as interesting as yours seing as there's so much you are doing I haven't seen done before done so quickly.
I hope to see more of your project as it progresses n keep up the good work.

Re: sa style clutch kits
thx james
got a bit snowed under with work , all i have done so far that i have not posted is strip the inside bare so we can prep for paint , but have to wait for my stuff to come from london as the previous owner cut all the brackets off for the dashboard as he was trying to fit a mk4 golf dash , but luckily he left all the pieces inside the car , so i need the dash so i can reattach the original stuff back.
then it can go to get the rest of the leather trim , carpet came from vw heritage but a bit light for my liking so will send in to dye a bit darker
but as said it was a pleasure to supply the stuff and will do more in the future

Re: sa style clutch kits
The spitronics managemant sounds very interesting.
Had a little look into it when you'd first mentioned it.
Just had my 20vt ecu re-mapped but might be something I'd look into in the future if I ever decide 200bhp isn't enough in a corrado.
Ben.
