Wiring looms

Post by Kirky76 »

Help required I am in the process of changing my dx engine over to a kr lump in my mk2 scirocco, but it has come to the time of wiring it all together, where do I start?
The dx loom has be swapped out for the kr loom I believe, but I have no idea where to start, the kr engine is in and the injection system has been removed as I am going down the carb route.
Any help would be appreciated.

Go Nodiz or Megasquirt if you want to be able to upgrade as you go along.

Was planning on using the kr loom for now untill I get it up and running, maybe when I havesaved a little more cash thats the way I could go.
even though the dx engine management has been removed there's still quite a lot of wires in the engine bay, can these also be removed.
