Engine Bay Cable Management (is something missing?)

I've replaced that fuel line now and removed the rocker cover and used some enamel paint on it... but...broke that vacuum pipe removing the cover.. was super brittle, do you know what it is?

The one going to the dizzy? Thats for the vacuum advance.

Actually the one I've found on VWH... is not right.

This one has a small adapter for that vacuum pipe... anyone know where I can pick one of these up? :)
