Scrappy, ebay... or do you mean alternative cars to source them from?

If the latter, look it up in the link in my sig. This will give you a part number. Of you then search the part number it will tell you all vag cars it was used in

It's the wiper motor unit in the casing - not sure entirely whats died but there is power back there so i think the motor has called it a day though apparently the mechanism could be blocked. I need to take it apart further to be specific. Cheers

i know you have said that you have checked the live feed but have you checkd the earth is ok too?


I dont mind project cars but I HATE SANDING!!!

Thanks all for your responses

I have checked the wiring through and through. It's fine

The motor itself is still working in the case but the mechanism is jammed.

I'm after the later motor with the part number ending in C and with the 13mm wiper arm retaining bolt

Does anyone have one going spare. It's the last part i need to have the car 100% working

i have a spare motor with housing but i will have to check what the serial number is.
i can tell you its from an 88 gtx though.
